What this code means

E32: Unbalanced load (alternates with End)

E32 is not a fault. The machine interrupted the cycle because the laundry is distributed unevenly, and it may alternate E32 with End on the display.

Common causes

Single heavy item such as a bath mat or duvet
Laundry balled up on one side
Load too small to distribute

What to check, in order

Redistribute the laundry evenly, mixing large and small items.
Add a towel or two when washing one heavy item alone.
Start a spin programme to finish the load.

Safety first. Switch the machine off and unplug it before cleaning filters or moving hoses. Expect water to come out when you open a pump filter; keep a tray and towel ready. If you are not comfortable with any step, stop and call a technician.
