Common causes

What to check, in order

  1. Open both the cold and hot water taps fully.
  2. Straighten the inlet hoses and check nothing heavy is resting on them.
  3. Unscrew the inlet hoses and clean the small mesh filters inside the valve connections.
  4. Confirm other taps in the home have normal pressure.
  5. If the code appeared in freezing weather, thaw the taps and hoses before retrying.
Safety: switch the machine off and unplug it before cleaning filters or moving hoses. Expect water to come out when you open a pump filter; keep a tray and towel ready. If you are not comfortable with any step, stop and call a technician.
