UC: Power supply voltage problem

The washer detected voltage that is too high, too low, or unstable, and stopped to protect its electronics. The problem is usually with the supply, not the washer.

Common causes

What to check, in order

  1. Unplug the washer, wait a few minutes, and plug it directly into a wall outlet.
  2. Avoid running the washer during storms or known power problems.
  3. If the code appears often with no supply issues at home, the board's voltage sensing may be faulty.
Safety first. Switch the machine off and unplug it before cleaning filters or moving hoses. Expect water to come out when you open a pump filter; keep a tray and towel ready. If you are not comfortable with any step, stop and call a technician.
